Welcome to the World...little Avery Valentine Weigand!

Yesterday at 5:30 a.m., the world welcomed a beautiful little girl- Avery Valentine Weigand who was born two weeks early! She surprised her mom and dad and decided to start her entry into the world during the VP debates:). Ang and I made it to the hospital around 10:30 p.m., thinking she would be born really soon--but she made us wait for a few hours to meet her.

She was 6.6 lbs and mom, baby and dad are doing great. It has been such an amazing experience to be a part of--and Avery is so lucky to have Kara and Josh as parents---and have so many people that love her!

Avery is very sleepy during the day, but not a fan of sleeping during the night yet.
